Helping Late-Diagnosed ADHD Women Build Calm, Confidence, and Self-Worth

Hi, I’m Sara and I have ADHD too. 

For years, I wrestled with depression, anxiety, and an overwhelming sense that no matter how hard I tried, I could never quite catch up. Despite studying mindfulness and enrolling in countless coaching programmes, true peace and happiness felt just out of reach until I discovered the missing piece: I have ADHD.

Like so many women, I spent years unknowingly masking my symptoms, internalising struggles, and blaming myself for challenges rooted in a brain that simply works differently. Once I understood how ADHD impacts emotional regulation, memory, and motivation, everything changed. I realised that traditional coaching methods, based on "just try harder" thinking, were never designed for neurodivergent minds.

Today, as a certified ADHD coach trained through the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA) and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I am passionate about helping women with ADHD unlock their potential without sacrificing their well-being. Through practical strategies, compassionate support, and ADHD-friendly tools, I empower women to create clarity, build confidence, and thrive on their own terms.
